Chaoyi Fanhuan Qigong

Qigong is the ancient art of cultivating (gong) the flow of bioenergy (qi) through and around the body. This flow cleanses the body of disease-causing blockages and frees the mind.

Many styles of qigong are being taught throughout the world. Chaoyi Fanhuan Qigong, or Cosmic Freedom Qigong (CFQ), has a distinctive focus on health and healing. While other styles bear a closer Lotus flowerassociation with the martial arts and stress the building up of inner strength, CFQ teaches us to flush out stagnant qi that has accumulated within the body thus freeing it of the constrictions that lead to illness and distress.

CFQ is particularly helpful for the relief of stress, trauma and anxiety and the treatment of chronic diseases. It can be recommended, however, as a means of dealing with virtually any problem (problems, in general, having their origins in the mind). CFQ offers a comprehensive method of promoting health, well being and spiritual advancement. One learns with CFQ to harmonize the body with the mind and to train the mind in detachment, openness and equanimity.

CFQ is more than simply physical development. It is a system of holistic healing which consists of dynamic qigong movements, quiescent qigong meditation and external qigong healing techniques.

CFQ is the creation of Master Yap Soon Yeong. Based in Penang, Malaysia, Master Yap is a world-renowned healer and teacher who has taught extensively in Canada, Spain, the UK and Greece and has a wide following in other countries, as well as his own. The impressive and powerful CFQ movements are not Master Yap's only contribution to healing.
