Who
Practice groups are intended for persons who have taken at least one level of training in CFQ. If you are not a student of Jack Risk but have studied CFQ with another instructor, we welcome you to any and all of our practice sessions.
Where
Resource Assistance for Youth (RaY)

- Just north of Westminster Ave. (Sherbrook St. is one-way northbound)
- On the east side of Sherbrooke i.e. on your right
- Opposite Stella's Cafe which is on the west side
- Turn in—there are several parking stalls
When
- Every Monday Evening 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
- Level One for roughly the first hour
- Level Two students remain for meditation
What
- Jack will lead a practice session in the movements for Level One students and meditation for Level Two students
- Jack will provide additional instruction
- This is an opportunity to ask questions about CFQ and your practice
- From time to time Jack will teach new CFQ movements
- CFQ healing can also be made available
Why Practice Groups?
Participating regularly in practice groups allows you to:
- Meet other CFQers
- Practice with a group and let the group flow reinvigorate your practice
- Receive extra instruction
- Take part in group healings and benefit from CFQ healing
Drop-in Qigong Clinics at Klinic Community Health Centre
Jack runs a free weekly qigong clinic. This is a drop-in session for anyone who wishes to attend and is a service provided by Klinic.
Take advantage of this opportunity to learn about CFQ and derive healing benefit from the movements.

Occasional Refreshers for Level One and Level Two Practitioners
Once you have trained in CFQ Jack wants to provide opportunities for you to keep your practice alive and developing. On an occasional basis half-day refresher sessions will be offered. A small fee will be charged to defray costs.
Check the listings on the Instruction pages for Level One and Level Two. Refreshers will be listed amongst trainings.
Practice Groups Outside Winnipeg
CFQ instructors in other parts of Canada maintain regular practice sessions for their students. You can contact many of these instructors through their listings on the website of the CFQ Healing Qigong Society of Atlantic Canada.
For students in the Halifax area the Society hosts regular practice groups for Level One and Level Two. There are also healing sessions being held each week. For a schedule of practice groups, notice of training events, and other information about CFQ in Nova Scotia see the Society’s web site.
