Tips for Successful Zooming

  • Set up your camera to show your whole body.

  • Have illumination in front of you. Avoid having a window behind you.

  • Sign on at least five minutes in advance of the session by clicking the button above.

  • Enter your name when prompted.

  • Connect your device's video and audio.

  • You will need to be admitted by the host to the session from a "waiting room."

  • You will be muted on entry.

  • During qigong set your device to Speaker View in order to see Jack as large as possible.

  • The group will be muted during qigong to maintain the focus on Jack's video. However, you are always free to raise questions, preferably between activities.

  • Mute yourself when there are noises in your environment — a phone is ringing, your dog is barking etc.
